Inspiration comes from all aspects of life. Collaborating on commissioned projects allows for a unique flow of creative energy - the collective manifestation of artist’s and client’s inner values.

Often both Elaine and Lynne will work together designing and executing the commissioned work, combining their individual talents: Elaine's painting reflects her strong sense of sculptural form which complements Lynne's more painterly style and sense of pattern and design.

Trompe l’oeil ("trick the eye" or illusionistic) mural painting creates a sense of wonder - it delightfully demands that the viewer participates in reassessing the concept of “reality” and, at the same time, the paintings create a feeling of expansion and the glorification of an environment.
